Tibetan Yoga - Lu Jong - with Ninon (or Ninon van der Sande)

You can join the class in Amsterdam in The Conscious CLub, Sunday 18-19 hrs. info below.

There are many other possiblities. A group or private lesson can be planned anywhere, any time. Ninon is also sometimes in Ibiza where many possibilities are open to agree upon.

Classes can be done inside or outside. In special sessions we not only do Tibetan yoga but also mix it with live music, poetry, and liberating artistic talent.

Some yoga students now come to work in Ninon's art studio, to do painting or sculpture. You are welcome to join.

Every First Wednesday of the Month: Wednesday From 20 - 21.30 hrs:

Also Creativity Workshops are given.

If you do not have a specific membership for this Club, it does not matter,  you can come anyhow spontaneously, and pay 15 euros per class at the door.

Debido a la situación, no estaré en Ibiza para dar las classes en Mayo y Junio...pero puedes seguir mis classes online on Facebook :)

Todo es possible, puedes formar un grupo, participar con otro grupo, o individual. Podemos quedar cuando y donde quieras.

En sessiones especiales, no solo hacemos Yoga Tibetano. Tambien lo mezclamos con musica en vivo, poesía, y liberar talento artistico.
