Tibetan yoga - Lu Jong - in English and Spanish
Lu Jong - English
When you relax and open up, you can feel connected and inspired.
Lu Jong, Tibetan Yoga, is a form of Meditation in Movement.
It opens up our body, our mind and our heart.
When we are open, we feel flexible, kind, and connected.
We feel connected to ourselves as well as to nature and to other living beings.
Then sometimes we feel as if ideas are 'given' to us, from somewhere in the universe, or from deep inside of us.
Lu Jong helps us to release tension in our body and mind.
With special movements and breathing exercises we open up our channels and release blocks. We do this while we listen to soft music in the background.
Relaxation helps us to let go of fear, clinging, and effort.
The way we breath is very much connected to the way we think.
Lu Jong uses bodywork as the vehicle to calm down our thoughts and emotions. This way we feel more space for new possibilities.
We can feel more love, more loved, and more inspired.
The movements are easy, they work on our spine in a soft way. Everybody can do the exercises on a level that is suitable for the moment. We bring elements in balance, we bring harmony in our body and mind.
